A bit about us
All partners at Texas Republic Homes were born and raised in Texas and now live in Austin. We will show up with a smile on our face and the first thing you will hear us say is we are "here to help" and we mean it. We go beyond what other investors will do. We genuinely care about our clients and treat them more like family than anything else. Our thoughts are if we help enough people, regardless if we profit or not, it will all "come out in the wash" so to speak. In other words, we believe if we treat people well, those same Texas values and hospitality seem to come back to treat us well too. Some people call it Karma, reaping and sowing, or simply treat others the way you would like to be treated.
For instance, if you are possibly facing foreclosure, our first priority is to give you tips on how to prevent it, if at all possible, and we will encourage you to take action now before it is too late. We'd rather you keep your house if you can and in this scenario, time is of the essence.
At Texas Republic Homes, we realize reputation is everything and you will refer your friends and family if you have a great experience. It's important to us that you are comfortable with the process and well informed every step of the way. We want you to have all your questions answered.
Texas Hospitality: Our favorite part of being in real estate investing is getting to know our clients, their needs, and them as people. We want to know what your hobbies are, what you do for work, what your kids or grand kids are "into" these days, what your ideal living situation would look like so we can help get you there. Whether that is moving near your grandchild or work or closer to financial freedom, we want what you want.
Texas pride is all about doing things and doing them well. We are not a "one trick pony" so to speak. We will analyze many different strategies to come up with which strategy would result in the highest profit, allowing us to make our highest offer to you. For example, some investors may only specialize in remodels and only analyze your property for this. We will analyze a remodel, adding more square footage, a second floor, an additional house on the property, a rental and many more.
Texas Values: We believe seniors are wise and worthy of our care and compassion. We serve on the board of Directors for Caring Hands Ministry (https://www.caringhandsministry.com/about), a non-profit that helps seniors with dementia and other debilitating chronic illnesses live a more joyful active life.
Compassionate: In addition, all of us have been in a rough spot before financially. We have compassion and understand how difficult life can be at times. We serve with Angels Healing and Recovery (http://angelshealingandrecoverychurch.org/) weekly lunch and compassionate community every Saturday.
